With our in-house tooling and production facilities, which includes Isopulse Type EDM equipment, we can develop new molds and dies to specifically suit your requirements.

We have three main departments consisting of our Swiss Screw Machine Department, Injection-Molding Department and  Cast Epoxy Rod Department.

Our Swiss Screw Machine Department manufactures our cast epoxy cases along with various other parts including a full line of resistor bobbins.  The advantage of this department is that we can offer the parts with little to no tooling. Check out our Epoxy Shells page for more information.

Our Injection-Molding Department has machines from 30 ton (1-1/2oz.) to 200 ton (14 oz.) with the ability to run most thermoplastics. Utilizing our in-house tool shop, we can do the design and engineering in short order. This makes our delivery times about the fastest in the industry.  This department also offers a full line of resistor bobbins. Check out our Encapsulation Enclosures and Plastic Injection Molding pages for more information.

With our newest acquisition, the Cast Epoxy Rod Department, we have moved into another area of plastics.
